Yes, you can return/ exchange an item. This must be done within 48 hours after receiving item with all terms and conditions read and met . ( View our exchange/refund policy attached to all products for more info)

We love to serve you with the best but we are not a made- to - size business currently. All items are retailed and usually when they come together as a set, we can not interchange the sizes for the bottom/top. Unless, items are uniquely confirmed in the Top , Pant or Skirt section as a stand alone item, all co -ords/ matching sets have to be purchased in one size.

We are located off the Christian Village/ Dome Pillar 2 road just around Dome K boat junction or “Melcom Mini” Supermarket. Or key in “Shopcop” on any ride hailing app

We are located in Accra-Ghana and we only deliver outside Ghana through DHL.

Our items range from 750gh/72USD to 1,950gh/186USD. (Please note prices are subject to change in USD based on the cedis’ performance to Dollar)

DHL charges packages from 1KG upwards. DHL delivery prices are entirely dependent on the delivery location and subject to change please(For instance; Delivery to Lagos is 627gh/60USD). It takes them approximately 1-3weeks to have a package delivered.
