Cost of delivery of the exchange item back and from the store will be paid by the client.
Payment will be made to client within/by 48 hours after item is returned to store for refunds.
Refunds will be 90% of total amount paid for item.

Shipping is usually next day. Same day deliveries cut off after 1pm GMT and are only within Accra.
Shipping cost per location within Accra are provided.
Shipping within Ghana but outside Accra can only be confirmed with the shipping companies and relayed.
Shipping outside of Ghana are only through DHL and will be confirmed when package is weighed and prices confirmed with DHL.
