Items sold (except for packaged office shirts) can be returned for a refund/exchanged within 48 hours.

• Items must be strictly intact as purchased with tags, smell and packaging.

• Please include receipts.

• Cost of delivery of the exchange item back and from the store will be paid by the client.

• Payment will be made to client within/by 48 hours after item is returned to store for refunds.

• Refunds will be 90% of total amount paid for item.

Shipping within Ghana but outside Accra can only be confirmed with the shipping companies and relayed.

Shipping outside of Ghana are only through DHL and will be confirmed when package is weighed and prices confirmed with DHL.
